Descubr\u00ed el yoga en un momento de mucho estr\u00e9s y ansiedad, y con constancia se convirti\u00f3 en mi herramienta para encontrar calma, claridad y equilibrio.<\/p><p data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"602\">Tras formarme en <strong data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"317\">Yoga Integral<\/strong> y en la serie primaria de<strong data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"361\"> Ashtanga Yoga<\/strong>, comenc\u00e9 a impartir clases en 2019. Desde entonces, comparto esta pr\u00e1ctica con sencillez y cercan\u00eda, tal y como mis maestros lo hicieron conmigo, para que otras personas puedan experimentar los mismos beneficios que
